Follow These 3 Easy Steps to Get Started!
Step 1: If you would like to book an appointment now, click the “Schedule Now” button on the right side of the page. If you encounter difficulty scheduling online, then please call or email for an appointment.
Step 2: Download, print and fill out (Forms). If unable to print out the forms, you will need to arrive at least 25 minutes early if you have not filled out any paperwork. If you have already downloaded and filled out the forms, bring them with you to your initial visit and arrive 10 minutes early.
Step 3: After all the paper work has been collected, we will conduct a comprehensive initial private consult. Acupuncture patients will then be assigned a treatment room (Everyone gets their own private room). Please take all personal belongings with you back into the assigned treatment room. For an acupuncture treatment, a gown will be provided if you do not have suitable clothes with you. Remember, if you need to leave by a certain time, let us know ahead of time.
