Daniel Greenberg graduated from Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California in 2003 with a Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is a certified Medical Qigong practitioner and is licensed to practice acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy in California, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey by both state and national boards. He recently returned to California to open Wolf Creek Acupuncture from Pennsylvania where he owned and operated a busy and successful practice. Daniel and his wife, Katherine, are thrilled to be part of this magnificent area with its breathtaking natural beauty and generous and friendly people. He will strive to serve this unique community by providing affordable, professional, and effective healthcare to the Nevada County region.
What’s in a Name:
Wolf Creek holds a special place in my heart. As a child, I grew up on a farm which had a clear, beautiful creek that ran through the pasture in front of our house. It supplied the livestock, our horses, the deer, countless local and migratory birds and a few beaver, trout, and other smaller creatures a continuous flow of refreshing water. This creek was an endless source of entertainment for this nature loving child while I explored its every twists and turns as it passed through our and the neighbors’ properties. It was so important to our family that my father’s ashes were ceremoniously placed in its currents. The name of this cherished water way of my childhood is Wolf Creek and I am honored today to live just a couple of blocks from another historically significant Wolf Creek. As you now understand there could be no better name for the clinic than Wolf Creek Acupuncture.
